Who Is Gayle Guest Brown?
Gayle Guest-Brown is an Equity Leadership Strategist, helping professional women of color command their worth and overcome challenges to leadership development, purpose, and pay equity to help put their families on firm financial footing.
Gayle is an ICF credentialed Coach (PCC), bringing over 30 years of leadership across, tech, corporate, non-profit, faith, and higher education to bear on your behalf. She has an MBA, a Cornell University DEI certification, and a 2023 Champion of Diversity honoree.
Gayle's personal purpose statement is to be a beacon to others on the path to living peacefully, joyfully, authentically, and "on purpose." She created this program to prepare and position YOU to defeat the pay and promotion gender and race inequities in our US workplaces that have persisted for decades.
